Third by cask on the third day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Shared with Finn. Black, scatted lacing, small sized beige head. Appealing aromas of chocolate malts, mid-sweet. Vanilla sweet taste of chocolate, lactose backbone. Prolonged ending. Smooth on the swallow. Pretty nice porter. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 1/2/2014. Almost black in colour, with a lsick of an off-white head. Milk chocolate sweetness upfront before some roasted malts and touch of dark fruit. Finish was gentle, with some cocoa beans in the background. Very good.
