From one beer shop, Interlaken, june 2023. Best before 03/24, opening this bottle yesterday, at night, coming back from the airport. Classical and tasty sour beer, this one is really mineral, dry, sourness, yeasty, dry malty, nice raspberry touch, hop.

Appearance: Medium orange to red, mostly clear. Basically no head. Aroma: Lots of raspberry, slight tartness. Taste: Good raspberry, some sweetness. Light tartness. Easy drinking. Bought: Drinks of the World (Bern), 330 ml, CHF 5.50 Info: 2/3-2024, BB: 12/5-2024

opalescent pinkhish beer with minimal pinkish off-white head with ruby notes; aroma of raspberry, some strawberrry and some acidic, as well as earthy notes; taste of citric acidy, raspberry and some lactic acidy notes; good one
