Imperial Pasty Sour à la rhubarbe, au cassis, aux groseilles et à la vanille. Une vraie bombe dont il faut se méfier. Elle est tellement gourmande qu'on aurait du mal à croire qu'elle titre à 8%.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
ruby-ish colour, minimal pinkish-ruby head; aroma of Katjes gummy candy (joghurt with fruits, but mainly joghurt), some strawberry, blackurrant, vanilla and slight citric notes; taste is more dominated by citric acidy sourness with similar notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one
