In my point of view, it is a drinkable cider, free of alcool, sweet, notes of the both fruits, not sure of so many varieties, drinkable, 15.03.17, drinking it at Prélaz, buying it from one coop.

Fruity beginning. Nice grainy bitterness with fruity apples and pears. Nice hops in the back, nice mix of grain and fruit. Nice refreshing.
