From one Getränkmarkt in Interlaken, in june 2023. Best before 12/23, trying this old style bottle, yesterday, at Epalinges, cool, at night. Classical and brewed on the German way at 100%, refreshing, malty, smooth, yeasty, classical bitterness, correct, 02.02.24

On tap. Hazy yellow, medium head. Weak aroma, some malts. Uneventful taste, mostly bitterness, but not even much of that. Boring.

[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A clear yellow beer with a small disappearing white head. The aroma is slightly sweet and the flavor is malty and slightly sour - a boring flavor.
