A correct and classical witbier, rather dry and mineral, well balanced, herbal with a note of coriander, orange peel, dry hop and bitterness.at.the final, refreshing, finding this bottle, at the PAM, Haute-Nendaz during the last summer, 25.04.22

Bottled 330ml. -from Pam Nendaz. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head that went away fast, light wheaty nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light lemony and touch of coriander with sweetish finish. High carbonation.

hazy pale yellow colour, huge, though not too dense and stable white head; aroma of grape seeds and peel, lemony-lemon zesty, coriander, slight banana an bread crusty notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with surprisingly intensive hoppy bitterness; I like it
