Upcycling means restoring and elevate the value to something that has been thrown away. We decided to bring back to life a “waste product” that cannot longer be sold, but still has so much to give. While more than 25% of the bread products is thrown away all over the world, we substitute 10 percent of our grain bill with it – our BREAD IPA.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of peach, citric-lemon zesty, grapefruity, some green tea, bread crusty and piney notes; taste is similar to the aroma with some bretty and quinine-ike bittery notes; quite good one
