Since 1919, Raffo has been the beer of the city of the two seas, Taranto, where all its positive character comes from. Raffo Ricetta Originale, enriched by Apulian barley, is a soft-body lager with a very refreshing dry taste. To be drunk ‘crisp’ (which means frozen, as Apulian tradition demands)

Bottle 66 cl. Pours a clear golden with a neat and lacing, white head. Aroma of sweet malt and brewing cereal, perhaps a little skunky. A hint of aroma hops as well. Medium body, very soft on the palate, sweet malts and next to no bitterness. A good maco Pale Lager - not the slightest hint of Dortmunder in sight. 170226
