Sul Ponticello arrives like a symphony, a bold clash of intense flavours with a huge aroma of overripe mango. This continues as you take a sip of its creamy, chewy body. A slight pine finish reminds you of the 8% abv, but the overall experience is of a juicy DIPA that leaves nothing on the table.

Keg at Enid Street. Aroma is dank and fruity. Cloudy pale gold. Thin white head sticks to the rim. Fruity. Juice plus canned fruit. Medium bodied. Slick and pithy. Long boozy finish.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 28/08/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, papaya, airy malts, light hop spice. Taste comprises mandarin, grass, mango, light hop spice, orange zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA if not from CW's top drawer.

Keg at Cloudwater. Thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops, whatever they are, bring a mild hop spice nibble and light pine. Light tangerine and mandarin, trace of peach. Light bitterness on the light and semi dry finish.

Can at home from 73 Enid St. Pours hazy peachy orange gold with a thin white cap that quickly fades. Aroma is fresh mango, pineapple, grapefruit, pine hop, some yeast esters. Taste is ripe mango, pineapple, grapefruit, sticky orange, piney hop, light malt. Sticky juicy mango finish with bitter piney hop. Solid hop joose.
