Tap at owl farm time to pregame. Pours fairly light gold. Nose is yeast and honey. Tastes of honey, burnt caramel, herbal, grassy and some yeast. Slight syrup and alcohol warming.

On tap at the bocktown. No way is this a double and no way is it 10%! This is akin to a mild IPA. Slightly cloudy with a thin head. Smells like sweet floral hop perfume. Initially somewhat fruity but it does have a bitterness that build thru the session. If this is 10%, it sure hides its alky well. I just think somebody got the descriptions mixed up on this one. Does leave a mild hop lingering bitterness, almost comes across like a stronger APA, no lie.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Yeast and grapefruit aromas. Crisp with sweet caramel and yeast upfront turning to resin and grapefruit in the lasting finish.
