This classic German wheat beer has more than 50% wheat with a yeast carefully chosen to produce those distinctive clove and banana flavours needed but we have tried to be balanced so they don’t overpower. The yeast and wheat are critical to the taste and aroma of this beer and together will make the beer hazy. You will also pick up some bread flavours after a little time. Carbonation is high to lift those amazing aromas and whilst the hops are
central European they are certainly not the stars in this beer. This is a highly refreshing and aromatic beer.
