Ka pow! Hop Ninja is an in-your-face West Coast double IPA. Hop flavors slice their way through a base of American 2-row malt kissed by caramel malt. Quadruple dry hopping with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Columbus creates an aroma that skillfully takes your olfactory senses hostage. A dry finish masks the sneak attack of 8.9% ABV.

Drank in Denver for GABF 2012. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sticky white head. A big citrus nose, some light Amarillo. The flavor is sweet, grassy, lemons, pretty dry. Smooth. Easy to drink.

On tap at BAM Fest. Pours with a lightly hazed orange hued body with a small white head. Aromas are extremely dank, fruity, citrusy, orange and a bit grassy. Minimal malt character. Flavors are very fruity, dank, citrus, grassy. Fresh and awesome. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit edges. Very nicely bitter balance without being overbearing in the slightest. Lively bubbles, dry, with a very light caramel character. Really good!
