Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700.[ As Morgondagens Calypso ].Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a small, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart, fruity yeast, mango, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, dry, fruity juice. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [2019314] 7-2-8-3-15
