Pours pale hazy straw color with white head. Aromas of wheat, coriander, lemon, and dough. Wheat and dough flavors with some lemon and coriander. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Light and refreshing.

Draft - Sweet lemon and coriander. Pale hazy yellow with a good white head. Sweet lemon and light coriander. Mellow and easy drinking.

Draft at the CCB taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some herbs, wheat, dough. Medium sweet flavor, light salt, sugary wheat bread, more dough, herbs. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweet and sugary, with more doughy wheat, yeasty herbs. So so.
