On tap at Puddlers. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is toast, straw, rose water, and lemon pith. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, resinous bitterness. Light, smooth, and clean. Easy and tasty enough.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark honey color with a large foamy white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was faint overall with a sweetish toffee note. The flavor was sourish caramel, yeast, a touch of phenol and a hint of tobacco. Medium length finish. Medium bodied and smooth.

LSAT Freedom Trip #166. Keg at the brewpub. Clear copper, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, grainy and toasted malts. The taste is toffee, grainy malt, caramel, mild hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.
