Taste comprises grass, lime zest, hay bale, light salt kiss, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Gose but not one I'd revisit.

Can at home, Nivala. Color is deep golden with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, mango,some pepper.... lots of mango.

On tap at Mikkeller Barcelona. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy tart passionfruit and tart guava with a touch of sweet wheat backing. Flavor has a combination of slightly tart passionfruit and guava with a light funk underlying.

Light pepper presence in the flavour. Lightly salty. Fruity aromas. Soft sourness. Light body. Drinkable and refreshing. Moderate finish. Slightly watery for a 5% sour.
