Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700.[ As Stigbergets Flamingo Juice ].Murky - muddy medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, apricot, sour fruit, sweet malt, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, sour, apricot, sweet malt, wheat, mango. Burk från SB. Tjockt guldisig med liten vit krona. Fylligt och fruktigt söt med snäll syra. Väldigt mycket av mango, mangojuice, passionsfrukt, passionskärnor och färskpressad apelsinjuice - mycket frukt! Pepparn tar sitt tag och smyger sig på med en oerhört subtil hetta efter en stund - ruskigt snyggt och en av de bästa användningarna av peppar i öl jag hittills testat. Visar på god behärskning. Mycket gott!
