We took our Berliner Weisse inspired brew, 'Bu Weisse,' and aged it on many, many (a whole lot), of fresh blueberries handpicked by us and some friends. A great tart and berry forward nose, beautiful purple tinged color with a faint pink head, and a lingering blueberry and acidic character. Yum!
