Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Springherne Cider - Dry (7) ].Clear light to light medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apple, tart apples, barnyard - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dry dry, tart, apple, tart apples, funk. Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017 . a clear golden orange coloured pour with small white head. Aroma is semi sweet, plastic, apple, dry mealy apple. Flavour is crisp tart apple, dry pithy apple,. Palate is dry and pithy, moderate carbonation.
