Pax Ceres är en välhumlad modern ale med apelsinzest. Idén växte fram mellan Pax Brygghus och det kvinnliga bryggkollektivet Secret Sisters Brewing under en kall vinterdag i Skåne. Pax Ceres är en gemensam hyllning till den antika jordbruksgudinnan Ceres som dyrkades vid ölbryggning. Öl bryggs av alla, öl är för alla.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Pleasant citrus aroma with an extra and very welcome twist from the orange zest. Medium body, very fruity, quite dry. Bitter finish. A pleasant and potent little beer. 200521

Flaska från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska, medelhögt vitt skum och en del del sediment. Massor av apelsinzest ger karaktär, lite aprikos också, lätt kropp, lång eftersmak och mycket karaktär för att vara en session. Gott.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy Deep golden, rich head. Floral peach aroma. Mid sweet with light body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some peach and citrus. Mid bitter finish. Sweetish and rather Anonymous.

Draught @ MÖ&WF 2019 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2019 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden.[ As Pax / Secret Sisters Ceres ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, fruity, herbs - floral, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
