On tap at von Trapp taproom. Pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is earthy grass some light citrus and a bread malt. Taste is more of the light hop mix and a nice light malt.

12 oz. bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer for the share! Aroma has that distinct Bohemian pils malt and damp grass clippings. Maybe a trace of honey. Flavor is spot on the style. Big Pils malt, light hop balance with a slightly funky lager yeast in the finish. Has that Macro lager yeast finish, OH YEAH!

Thanks to Jeff Puboflyons for the trade. 12oz bottle. Thin white-hazy yellow. A-melon/spice, lt malt. T-spicy/grass/aromatic hops with some bite, bready-lt malt.

On tap at Prohibition Pig. Listed as Trapp Family Pils. Pours a clear orange with some thin white head. Nose is ok, metallic, a little citrus, some stale bread. Flavor hits you with peanut skins right off the bat, not in a good way, metallic, carrots, lots of wet nuts though. Oily finish. Not my favorite.
