Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours light golden with a very small offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, apples, applecore, light vinegar, light barnyard. Flavor is sour, apples, little wood, vinegar, little barn. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 190119
