Tap @ Mikkeller bar Kastrup. Unclear golden body with almost no head. Aroma of ripe apple, close to overripe and water from an old flowerpot. A bit unusually and close to unpleasant but not not that bad at all. Flavor is more clean than aroma, rather mild apple, lemon, wood and slightly funky. Nice body and long lasting sour aftertaste. A bit odd type of cider, not elegant, but sure interesting and refreshing.

Aroma is moderate apple, citrus, fruity hops, oak, fruity apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, apple, citrus, dry, oak, sweet apple - fruity apples. From tap at Mikkeller CPH Airport on transit from Berlin to Stavanger. Translucent dark straw colour. Aroma and tast of dry and acid cider, barnyard, citrus and tropical fruits. Dry and astringent mouthfeel.
