Choco·Lit Pastry Party is an Imperial Milk Porter inspired by the chocolate filling of your favorite pastry. To create the sensation of sweet, gooey, chocolate, we created a soft-pillowy base profile using low-roast malts and Lactose and then conditioned the beer on an insane amount of Cacao Nibs. Not as thick or heavy as a pastry stout, Choco·Lit Pastry Party pours a rich brown color with a quickly dissipating head. Upon pouring the liquid into a glass, we get aromas and flavors reminiscent of Tootsie Rolls, rich chocolate mousse cake, Yoo-hoo, homemade fudge, and brownie edges.
