12/10/2020. Draught at the Dancing Man Brewery, Southampton. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of grain, sweet milk, citrus, grapefruit, grass and a touch of lime. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Love the name more than the beer!

Keg, third, at the brewpub. Shared with Finn. Lacing rings down the glass from a filmy layer. Near clear golden body. Peachy nose. Fruity taste of pineapple and peaches added by grainy malts. Mid-dry malt-fruity finish. Satisfying. (Southampton 21.10.2019).

[ As Dancing Man Necessary Evil ].
ABV: 4.5%. Cloudy light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190621]

Draught (Dancing Man, Southampton) - Golden with a slight haze. Bread, grain and hints of lemon and lime feature prominently in both the aroma and the taste. Quite refreshing and a good attempt at a lager.
