440ml can from Micro Beer Crate. Pours black with small tanned head, average retention. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, earthy to spicy hop; good. Taste starts with the roasted malts, then sweetness and tangy almost zesty citrus but not overdone. Finish has roast, coffee, chocolate notes, hint of spice. Medium bodied, fairly smooth, decent. Good stout.

Can. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate caramel aroma. Roasted malty chocolate coffee and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate caramel finish.

Canned, courtesy of Papsoe, huge thanks! Dark brown-blackish body, off-white head. Coffee, chicory, cocoa, chocolate, light licorice and light yeastiness in the aroma. Chicory dominates the taste, soft and sweetish, with some cocoa too, bit soapy as well. Light, simple, drinkable, quite nice! Dare I say, refreshingly uninnovative? Love the new label too.

Svart med beige skum. Lukter røstet malt, kaffe, vørtebrød. Tynn med smak av kaffe, sjokolade.

Burk från SB. Opak kolsvart vätska med medelhögt beige skum. Rostade aromer och smaker. Stor kropp, mjuk och len, relativt söt med snäll beska. Svartbröd, kaffe, mjölkchoklad, fudge och brownies. Sällsynt lättdrucken på gott och ont. Ok

Can 44 cl. Pours deep brown with an orange hue and a roughish, beige head. Lovely roast nose. Medium body, roast and sweet molasses and a hint of caramel and sweet licorice. Little bitterness. Nice one. 180123

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is ashes, some dried fruits and mild caramel with some toast. Flavour is sweet malts, some dried fruits, a bunch of ashes and roasted tones.
