Neon Dream makes its return with our blend from the 2019 harvest year. This batch is built from a blend of mixed fermentation saisons aged in oak barrels between 12-24 months, refermented on local Raspberries from Gizdich Ranch. Rosy tones lead to deep notes of brambly, jammy berry, and delicate funk with a bright acidity. From us to you, we present Neon Dream.
