Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, dark malt, chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, wood, licorice, moderate citrus - grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice - grapefruit, dark malt, sweet malt, moderate roasted - chocolate, medium dry.
