The 2020 version resembles prior batches with it's Maris Otter-heavy grain bill, double mashed and aged for 12 months in a mix of Bourbon barrels. This time around it features an extra dark, extra rich grade of pure Maine maple syrup than we've used in previous years, still sourced from Sawyer's Farm up in Jackman, Maine.
