This DDH IPA is a single-hop showcase of the latest crop of famous US hop varietal Simcoe, which has a flavour profile that is likely to confound expectations. Instead of the punchy resinous notes and pine usually associated with Simcoe, this batch packs soft and juicy fruit flavours, making it an ideal fit for a modern, smooth and full-bodied DDH IPA.
Aroma & Flavour: Pineapple chunks, soft white peach, resinous hop notes.
Body: Full and smooth, with low carbonation

Can at home from BeerHeadz. My 8k beer. Cloudy deep orange with a medium white head. Aroma peachy with lots of pineapple and pine resin. Taste sweet with an oily pine body.

From can at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Hazy yellow color with white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, grass, citrus, light tropical fruits, onion hoppy. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Green City: pours haze with white head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is sweet juicy and lightly bitter. Very smooth and very good.

Taste is medium tropical and citrusy, leading to a well balanced finish. Sharp orange aftertaste. Mediul juicy. Next one please.

ABV: 6.0%. Murky medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, pineapple, fruity hops, minerals, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]

Keg at Hop Locker. Juicy fruit aroma. Hazy bright orange. Creamy translucent white head. Light bitter. Underlying juicy sweat and sourness. Bitter finish. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Fine. I know these are the in thing but I feel like I'm getting NEIPA fatigue.
