This DDH IPA is a single-hop showcase of the latest crop of famous US hop varietal Simcoe, which has a flavour profile that is likely to confound expectations. Instead of the punchy resinous notes and pine usually associated with Simcoe, this batch packs soft and juicy fruit flavours, making it an ideal fit for a modern, smooth and full-bodied DDH IPA.

Aroma & Flavour: Pineapple chunks, soft white peach, resinous hop notes.
Body: Full and smooth, with low carbonation
Aftertaste: Juicy finish with lingering resinous hop notes and a peppery.

16oz can pours a very hazy orange with plenty of soapy white head. Nose has orange, grass, kinda dank and sticky here. Flavor has orange, some muddled tropical fruit, herbs, less dank in the mouth. Medium bodied, bitter and lightly slick. Very very drinkable with real good flavor.

On tap at 73 Enid St. Pours murky yellow gold with a decent head that fades away. Aroma is juicy melon and peach. A little peppery hop. Taste is a peppery hop hit with the juicy pulpy tropical fruit bringing a sweetness that leaves a nice bitter peppery finish. Quite smooth and drinkable. Could smash back a lot of this. Great stuff

Tap. Unit 9. Moderately murky, vivid orange gold. Thin and messy, super sticky, off white head. Nose has dank and oily, sappy hop resin. Notes of pine, and candied peel. Clean malts. Hint of herb. Taste is nicely balanced juicy and bittersweet. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Slightly tart, bittersweet finish. Very nice.
