Draft. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is green tea, lemon zest, light caramel, and elderflower. Sweet and grassy, with a mellow, floral bitterness. Light, sticky, and a bit grainy. Beautiful and interesting.

Like all the chickens on can. Bright and light golden brew with a foamy white that has legs. Nose is herbal and some lime. Tastes of kaffir lime, herbal, grassy, mint.finished touch sweet. Lively enoug.
