Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is classic SARA funk. Lemon, apricot, pear and green grapes with light phenolics and floral notes. Hints of oak and faint alcohol notes. Lemon verbena, pepper, coriander. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, golden straw color with a medium sized, medium thick, fluffy white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. No lacing or legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with a light, balanced sweetness. Light cracker malt notes with quite a fruity profile of apricot, peach, lemon-lime, tropical fruit and lighter green grape notes. Low bitterness, light oak and faint alcohol notes. Light floral and phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice Nonna's. The aroma is typical SARA, but the flavor doesn't have as strong of the SARA note and instead is fruitier than usual SARA saisons.
