Gose with Sea Salt, Pineapple and Cinnamon. Brewed with the homies from Bearded Iris Brewing. Fashioned after Tapache, a drink fermented with primarily pineapple with cinnamon and brown sugar. For our take on this drink we made a Dose and conditioned it on a boatload of pineapple and cinnamon.
