Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow in color, one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave very little lace
Aroma: green apples, white pears, white grapes, acidic funky character, vinous, grassy hop sweetness, light barrel notes and a kiss of sourness
Flavor: wraps the prior noted aromas up to a semi-sour to funky sweet and vinous; finishes somewhat sour to funky and white grapey
Texture: medium bodied, definitely a sipper! Not as smooth as I thought it could have been but I'm not complaining, vinous/acidic sharp on the tongue
Overall: okay to me but I'm not a wine drinker and I bet wine drinkers might think this is the bees knees.
