Brewed with American pilsner malt, hopped with Saaz and Cascade and lagered at near freezing temperatures, this beer is exactly what the style professes to be: crisp and bright.

Draft pour at Roses By the Stairs, PHX. Mostly clean pale gold, lots of head and lacing. Lots of straw grain, gritty, and lingering. Slightly creamier body to this expected crisp style. Lots of biscuit grain. Some grassy character. Trail beer for sure, but this one needs to be near frozen cold.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma is bready with some light spice. Med body or so. Dry and nicely bitter. Flavor of light malt and grass/spice with a citrus note. Solid spice.

Last of my AZ box, nice little constellation for cancelling trip early last fall. Gold pour white head. Nose bready and peppery. Tastes of peppery herbs, sourdough, light lemon, perfume. Medium bodied chewiness s

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grass and light flora with hay and straw underlying. Flavor has light earthy flora and straw with hay and a hint of wet grass supporting.
