Draft pour at AZ Wilderness DTPHX. Slightly cloudy golden pour, lots of rocky foam head. Sticky lacing. Rich with honey notes that somehow still sit underneath the grain bill. Light feel to this flavorful brew. Long lasting honey note. It is exactly what they say it is. Refreshing in the desert heat. Enjoyable for sure.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness DTPHX, pours a hazy bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fermented out honey and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, bright and clean, with totally fermented out honey and crisp biscuity malt. Amply hopped, finishing dry and crisp. Nothing special but it's brewed very well.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hazy gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting grains, a bit of apple pear esters and a hint of grapefruit to lime hoppiness. The taste delivers an array of modest crushable flavors honey, sweet pears, a bit of grains and a modest vague noble hop like bite. Solid and pleasingly semi dry finish.
