Brewed traditionally to the German style, this beer pours straw yellow in color, with a bright clearness to it. The flavor is crisp and refined, while also still being balanced out with enough German hop characteristics from the Hallertau Mittelfruh and Hallertau Blanc to leave you wanting more sips. Our go-to light drinking ale.

Draft at the Salt Line, 3/30/26. It pours a clear gold, with a white head. Grainy, lemon. Light spice. Fairly clean. Pretty good.
