Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', best before January 2020. Pitch black with a beige head. Very smoky, a bit sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of lots of peat, iodine, seaweed, ash, dark chocolate and some licorice. Moderately sweet, malty, quite roasty, extremely smoky taste of dark chocolate, licorice, lots of peat, iodine, ash and seaweed, followed by a long, moderately roasty-bitter, earthy-dry dry and very smoky finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Extremely peaty, very different from the other versions, I like it a lot!

Bottle shared at Koelschtrinker's place. A very dark brown beer with a small tan head. Aroma of peated malt, red fruits, coffee, roasted malt. Taste of smoked and peated malt, Whisky, coffee. Heavy stuff.
