Brewed with freshly sourced old world Czech floor malted barley. As well as select specialty malts which were decocted. Additions of Saaz hops in the boil, and then sent to the fermenter where this beer fermented and reached natural carbonation over a 10 week span of time. The result, a beautifully malt rich beer that is balanced, clean, and filled with notes of sweet caramel and freshly toasted bread, supported by lively carbonation and distinct bitterness. In the tradition of Kvidera Czech Pale Lager and Deadly Gardens Dark Czech Lager, we are proud of our continued exploration in the Czech brewing tradition.
