Appearance is black, with a small tan ring in place of a head. Aroma is chocolate, brownie, earthy nutty malt, vanilla, coconut, cocoa, caramel, chocolate fudge. Taste is rich dark chocolate, caramel, peppery spicy hints, coconut, caramel, roast malt, marzipan, nutty notes, earthy malt, caramel latte, maple, pistachio, chocolate brownie with caramel. Very sweet and tasty. Abv completely hidden.

Keg at Koelship Yard. Black. Thin and bubbly brown head. Big aroma of pistachio, biscuit and chocolate. Flavour has coconut but not heaps of it which suits me fine, pistachio again, loads of malt, creamy notes, biscuit, sweet chocolate on a rich body and a nice boozy warmth. Very nice indeed.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, coconut, pistachio, cream, taste is similar, sweet, bitter finish.
