MBCC 2025. Session #2
A lot of barrel, sweet, bold, some dark fruits. Taste is on the barrel side with some booze. Good.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma is extremely intense and yet refined, with a real nice barrel expression: plenty of wood, light vanillin, some fermented out dark sugars. Flavour is rich, intense and elegant, with a ridiculously complex barrel expression of wood, toasted oak, light vanillin, and dark sugars. The residual sugar is on the low side, which works beautifully for me, so this is mostly a function of the barrels. Wonderful.
