Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, saison yeast, fruity, apricot, peach, oak, lemon - citric. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, peach, apricot, sweet yeast, dry, oak, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear yellow, small white head. Sour, fruity aroma, light touch of spice, a little solvent. Sourish flavour, fruity, again some light solvent. Kind of green in a rought way. Reminds me of green peas. Juicy finish.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice sour malt, fruits, brett, hops and has a nice sour finish. Vinous.

37,5cl bottle @ Sori Taproom, 16.3.2019. Poured golden in color, thin white head. Aroma mostly vinegary with some rhubarb notes and light brett and fruits. Tart berries, again that rhubarb touch, light brett. Dyr finish, burning vinegary finish.

Bottle @ Mr Orla Going Barley, Ratebeer Odense. Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma of peach, passion fruit and herbs, with wood and funk. Dry and tart fruity, oaky and funky flavour with big peach.
