375mL bottles, pours a hazy orangey yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of intense apricots, along with wild yeast, a little oak, acetone, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour follows suit, with loads of tart, juicy apricots, light acetone, light oak, and wild yeast. Loads of apricot and tart, acetic notes on the finish. Assertive, tart and fruity. Very good.

Corked bottle at The Gull, courtesy of Riley; 8% ABV
Cloudy green-yellow colour with no head. Apricot aroma, funky, rubber, light marzipan. Dry, smooth, lemony, salty, with sour juice, touch of funk, touch of acetone that doesn't disturb.
A lot going on here. Excellent.

375ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly funky aroma with cursory bretty flavours and intense notes of fermenting yellow stone fruit, peach, apricot, mild herbal-spicy hints of mustard seed, dill, white pepper. Taste is dry, tart, fruity, slightly herbal-spicy and minimally funky, notes of peach and apricot, citrusy zesty and fruit acidic admixture, a dry oaky touch, hints of sage, a cautious touch of mustard seed; herbal-spicy finish.

Delicious French oak forward but also apricot and peach forward sour. Bit of a middle bitter/tartness but so much fruit it rides it out. Crisp and carby finish too.
