Dark amber with a fleeting, foamy head. Noticeable turmeric, herbal, berries. Taste is tart to sour with both spice and a very mild herbal bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, watery texture. Interesting but tough to really like.

Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, floral and funk. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long citrus, floral, funky and herbal finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Herbal-spicy aroma, hints of ginger, nettle, a touch of juniper berry. Taste is minimally tart-ish, fruity, mellow malty, mildly herbal-spicy, hints of rhubarb, a peppery touch of ginger, some nettle, juniper berry, some fruit acid, a minimalyl lactic touch; lingering, tart-ish fruity finish. Mild, well balanced.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Scratch Turmeric Tonic ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, flowers, floral, turmeric. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, flowers, citrus, sour, turmeric, floral. IMO: a bit odd !
