Our first international collaboration and its with Barona Brewing Company. I thought I'd take this opportunity to learn some of their secret ways of brown ale, Barona make amazing brown ales.

The base of this beer is a typical English-style brown ale with a heap of fruit on top.

This is the first addition beer I have made with dried apricots, cherry, sultanas and finished with bourbon vanilla.

Also our first ever Julöl (Christmas beer) with flavours I most associate with Christmas.

Expect all the additions, cherry, apricot and sultanas, the vanilla just smooths the aftertaste to stop it from becoming a fruit sour. Delicious.
