--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, small head. Aroma of sherry, caramel and soy sauce. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and caramel, intense woody sherry. Warming finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is sherry, wooden, mild vanilla, alcohol and some slight toffeeish tones. Flavour is floral, some alcohol, roasted and some sherry and wooden tones.Kind of easy going, yet very intense. Nice!

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark brown colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderful flavor. Sherry present. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Medium body with low viscosity, sweet, boozy. Heavily malty with caramelly sherry with some red cherries and raisins, finishes with dry oak. Really smooth, very nice+.

Can in the flat. Pours deep ruby black, nose is caramel, berries, raisin, floral, taste is sweet toffee, berries, caramel, juicy. --- Beer merged from original tick of MAT ØL Sherry Oloroso (2023) on 09 Feb 2024 at 17:11 - Score: 8
