Another addition to our Coffee Special Series. This time we decided to brew a Barley Wine to be the base beer. We've added Brazilian Specialty Coffee which goes by the name Jaguara. Flavors are described as being buttery, creamy, caramel sweetness, and notes of deep chocolate. To round things up we also added vanilla. Cheers!

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Near black, small head. The nose is entirely dominated by peppery coffee. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Coffee, faint caramel and warming alcohol. Mid bitter finish. Overflavoured, making it sketchy.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small head. Aroma is coffee and roasted tones with some well alcohol tones. Flavour is coffee, roasted and some sweet malty and toffeeish tones. Rather roasted, coffeeish and ashy for a Barley wine.
