Draft. An unclear red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of cherries, hibiscus, yoghurt, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of tea, hibiscus, cherries, wheat, yoghurt, and a bit of coffee, leading to a quite bitter finish.

Slightly hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is leather, wild beer, Quite mild, aroma could trick one to think it is not a sour at all. Fainter red berry notes.fainter herbs, that could be the hibiscus. all well balanced and smooth. Flavor is leathery, very faint herbal, faint hibiscus, well balanced, slightly salty/wild, like a berliner weisse, but more refined and smooth. The 6% is pretty well hidden. Flavor also leads me to think of cider, although a very mild one of those. Definetly interesting and delicate.
