Imperial Stout with a heavy charge of chocolate malts. We fermented this stout slightly dryer to bring out notes of cacao. Blending two different barrels rounded out the complexity we were looking for.

Bottle from the Philly taproom: pours black with beige head. Aroma is loads of whiskey along with dark chocolate and vanilla. A little too strong whiskey taste. Not my thing.
